"If I could leave zero stars, I would. I normally don't write reviews but this I cannot let it slide. I had order and paid over $100 for a large cake for a baby shower and as you can see it looks nothing like the photo they showed me. Not only that but the tres leches milk mixtures was leaking all over the place. They guarantee that the cake will turn out like the picture. Far from it. Aside from that, I was told that by 2pm my cake would ready. To my surprise I had to wait more 30min for them to start and finish decorating the cake. An older lady, idk if she's the owner or not but was very rude when I pointed out that there was no yellow bottom border to the cake like in the original picture. I received no apology for the mistakes made on the cake I received. Her reply was "Oh, too bad I already painted it pink" even though she asked me before starting the decor how I wanted it to make sure. Which I replied exactly like the picture. This situation really upset me and I will never go back to them. Which is unfortunate because I have been a customer of theirs since over 10 years ago, since before they switched to the new owners."
