"I'm going to be one hundred percent honest with people who want to order from this place. I had went with my mom the first time to order a birthday cake for my brother. The owners wife who spoke to us was disgustingly rude, uneducated, and unprofessional. As i was about to tell her the size of cake that i wanted to get, she rudely interrupted me and told me that they don't make a 20 serving cake size and the design i wanted. They only do "large" cakes. The third picture on the right is exactly how we wanted the cake, the only small detail would be without the ice dripping on the side. On the contrary, her husband was nice and told us, my mother and i, that they would do the cake because it is, "simple and yes we do the serving size ranging from 20 and up". The day my mom and i had to pick up the cake, we were told by the lady to pick up the cake before 11:30 am or 3:30 pm because during 12pm she had to go elsewhere. I find it ironic how if you own a bakery, you should be able to serve your customers with respect and the correct design we are paying for. We, as your customers are paying for your service. As we went in, the lady had told us, " there was an error made and we can't go back to fix it because the cake is already made but that cake we made costs $110.00 it's not $52.00, we don't do that type of cake, but whatever the mistake is already done". The cake we had asked for was a tres leches cake. It had no flavor, the design was awful, and the taste was bitter. Instead, the 1st and 2nd picture was what they ended up giving us. Completely the opposite of what my mother and i had asked for. On top of that wanting to charge us extra for the incorrect cake design? NEVER AGAIN!"
