"For the most part fine, but my last 2 orders were disastrous. One was just lost and I had to explain to the staff what happened (one woman making the drinks refused to believe me that I did the order and told me to go to the cashier, which I did and the lady at the register saw my receipt and had them make my list drink) and show them my receipt. The next time they just didn’t put my drink up and when I showed my receipt again to the lady at the register and at first she said I never ordered (I did, I showed the receipt on my transaction history) and then they said they threw my drink away because I came 30 minutes later (I came 15 minutes after I ordered and waited 10 minutes before approaching the register) and then the lady found it lol they never placed it up and kept it on the side where I can’t reach over. I got apologies but the whole thing was chaotic and rude and unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location. I will be going to Starbucks from now on."

"5/19 @ 3:56pm I walked into this dunkin donuts and experienced the most rudest worker and worst customer service. Did not care to be there let alone assist me or other customers. DD you need to hire better help and really care about who you put behind your counters."

"So normally I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts Van Houten Avenue but today I needed to go to the Clifton Ave and let me tell you how I ordered a large coffee and instead I open my cup and come to find out it’s half filled. This is ridiculous. Please change your staff. It’s not the first time either."

"This Dunkin Donuts location is a little older than most but the employees are friendly. The hot tea and stuffed mini bagels are delicious. The prices are the same as any other Dunkin Donuts and I love that they have a lot of seating. Overall I have no complaints."
