"First off, I've been to many Starbucks in my area that have phenomenal service and I never once gave a bad review for a Starbucks. This one happens to be in the most convenient location for me which I regret to say is the only good thing about this store. I've tried giving them so many chances, hoping that maybe the bad experiences were just isolated incidents, but I've had enough. They always take a long time and still manage to mess up my mobile orders somehow. On multiple occasions, they gave me an iced coffee when I had ordered a hot coffee. The coffee is also watery and bland, like whoever made it was never trained on how to make coffee. When I ordered food it was still frozen inside even after they heated it up. Some of the staff were nice but the majority gave me bad attitude whenever I told them that my order was messed up. If you are not in a rush, like having your coffee completely wrong, and enjoy having the staff acting all annoyed and talking to you like you're stupid, come to this Starbucks. From now on, I'm willing to drive out of my way to a further location than waste my time and my money here."

"Whoever hires the staff at this location is doing something right. Multiple visits with a variety of staff and, across the board, the nicest people to deal with. There is a closer Starbucks to me but I drive out of my way to use this one. And my food and drinks are always perfect!"

"For some reason, simple drip coffee orders are consistently missing, delayed, and served incorrectly, especially for in-store pick-up. And please don't accuse customers of not looking carefully enough. If the order is not ready, admit it. There are much better local options in the area. If you want my business, then earn it."

"You know what you’re getting from Starbucks, the quality is the same as other locations. But the staff - amazing, genuinely good people. Can’t say enough about how great they are. The atmosphere - very modern and classy with immaculate vibes. The inside was perfectly designed and there’s an outdoor patio that’s great for coffee in the spring/summer mornings. Stay caffeinated."

"Great location and very friendly atmosphere. I felt welcome walking in for the first time. I’m sure this area will be a popular hangout spot especially with the new apartment buildings being built around it. Employees were very nice and the drinks were great!"
