I have attached a screenshot of a text message showing how unprofessional and aggressive you were to someone who was, by your own admission, a repeat customer. Additionally, to clarify, I did not purchase the same cake two days in a row because I liked it so much. I had to buy a second cake because your cakes are so structurally unsound that the first cake I purchased COLLAPSED on itself. I suggest you learn how to handle dissatisfied customers in a more professional manner. Your text message to me, as well as your response on Google, is completely inappropriate. Original review: I placed my order and paid for the cake only to arrive at the store to find it closed, and no one bothered to contact me to let me know. Horrible customer service. I will be buying my cakes from Cupcakes by Carousel from now on."
