"I placed an order via DoorDash. The store confirmed the order so I drove 10 mins to go pick it up. My drinks weren’t ready yet so I waited another 10 mins but was told that they are out of pearls when I finally asked when my drinks are going to be ready. It took them another 10 mins to cancel the order. I wasted 30 minutes and left with empty hands"

The staff is very friendly and they are very efficient, line moved very quick. They have a loyalty program if you plan to frequent this place."
