My drinks weren’t ready yet so I waited another 10 mins but was told that they are out of pearls when I finally asked when my drinks are going to be ready. It took them another 10 mins to cancel the order. I wasted 30 minutes and left with empty hands"
"I appreciate the flexibility, efficiency, and friendliness of the staff. I have tried a variety of drinks before. Today, I mixed flavors and was able to customize it. There was a line and they moved the line and got the drinks out very quickly and smoothly. I have been here before, and I will return for more drink in the future."

"Refreshing drink option if you are ever in the Bergen Town Center. I can’t speak to their boba tea but their mango slush was delicious, felt even better because I was having it on a warm day. The staff is very friendly and they are very efficient, line moved very quick. They have a loyalty program if you plan to frequent this place."
"Tried BTX Bubble Tea Express in Bergen Town Center in Paramus and have gone back like 3 times already. Really great selections but my wife’s favorite is the Taro Latte. One of the best. Price point is not too bad either. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend. Will be going back for more."
