"Hot Bagels is an okay local bagel place. The inside is very old and not very sanitary. The workers are on their phones and don’t have the best customer service. Not to mention they don’t have trash cans? at all. Not even outside the store. The bagel was tasty but a little small and not very Jersey. There is nothing on display, so you can’t see topping like cream cheeses, only the register, bagels, a list of the basic bagels (everything, blueberry, plain, poppy,…), and a old school supplies like the fridge. They also have chips and some packaged sweets. The bagel tasted somewhat fresh but with all other factors, it wasn’t worth it."

"Horrible place!!!!!! Just came from there asked for onion bagel with scallion cream cheese. THEY HAD THE BALLS TO CHARGE ME $4.50. Where is my CREAM CHEESE!!!!!!!! My wife stoped me from going back and telling them in person."
