"Been to many Crumbl locations, unfortunately at this one there was an hour long wait in line and I was unable to place my order only even an hour in advance! Really regret making the drive out here. Drive through is also closed .. I wish I could’ve at least been allowed to place my online order or have been warned of the delay. My first and last time coming to this location"

"it was really nice. They greeted me in the food. There is amazing and delicious. I definitely recommend if you’re wanting a sweet treat it’s the perfect place the staff there is amazing and they are all working so hard to make your meal delicious!"

"Why can’t this location get it together?! It is so unorganized. First they open with a drive-thru which seemed like such a great idea until that was shut down because noone knew how to manage this. Second, the lines are out of control. Third, cookies are sold out almost every time i’ve visited. I have only been able to purchase all of the cookies when visiting at opening hours. Today was the worst, the cookie I came for was sold out, nothing new. So I ordered a 4-pack of what was available. As I am paying, I was told my cookies just sold out. Huh? I just purchased the cookies, how did the cookies I have already purchased sell out? Also, I was sold spoiled milk the last time I was there. I suggest checking the milk before you drink it. Do better Wayne Crumbl."

"Crumbl is a chain but the Wayne location has been the best one I’ve had so far. The cookies were fresh, a little messy and broken but good! I know the flavors change every week but the salted caramel cheesecake and strawberry milk cookies were delicious. Fair warning, the line is insane. They closed the drive through lane because of traffic going on the highway so now you have to wait in line for an hour. I ordered ahead and went to pick up in the store but it was so packed inside."

"I had an amazing experience with crumbl! All of the cookies were amazing and my family finished them in 2 days! My only complaint is that I had to wait on the line for an hour before I could get my cookies. there could be more room in the store because i was squished."
