"Same problem!!! My first time ordering from this place. A bottle was not tighten enough so the bottle was soak!!!! Sent in plastic. Wish I saw this review before I bought from them!!! Love the products, must be a lot of incompetent employees or they are just plan disgruntled people working there!! Customers stop buying well there goes their jobs. Not pleased no answer from there customer service line also!!! Corporate needs some stern words said to them!!! They need to get their Act Together!!!!"

"Fantasia Curly & Coily product is an Excellent product. I will continue to purchase for the product alone it is definitely 5 stars. However, customer service needs much improvement. After receiving the first shipment one of the bottles were not securely taped and most of the product spilled out all over the box. Customer service was contacted had to leave a message regarding the issue to replace the item. There was no follow-up or return call received. And it is for this alone I can't give five stars. Sorry, Great product but poor follow through when customer issues arise. Fantasia might want to review this area. I will order once more but if there's a problem again. My three stars stand."
