"I’ve been here a few times before for coffee and pastries and never had any issues. It’s a small place but uses high quality ingredients and is super tasty. Unfortunately, I did have a gripe today. I picked up a whole opera cake for a birthday and was surprised at how small it was. I called to confirm. Granted, I should’ve checked the dimensions before I bought it but due to my former positive experiences and from the photos uploaded here, I thought I would be okay. $35 for a 6.5” cake is a bit exorbitant. I knew it wasn’t going to be huge but I was expecting around 8”. Just a warning to others that the dimensions are not listed on the ordering page so don’t end up like me. Also, the young girl picking up the phone was not very professional. Who picks up business calls with a simple hello? I did a double take and thought I had called the wrong place. I had to ask her if this was the bakery... She also seemed annoyed at the end and rushed to terminate the call. While I normally love this place, I had to admit I was disappointed today. I had to dock a couple of stars for the price and the lackluster service."
"Pretty average cafe. The baked goods are just OK. Coffee was good. Outdoor seating only. My natural instinct is to give it three stars (as it’s very average) but google reviews are inflated so four stars seems adequate."
"A very good canele—it had great flavor and the outside was crunchy, but the inside was mushier than I like. Also a solid croissant—it had a nice crisp outside and also excellent flavor, but it’s a softer croissant whereas I prefer a more structured croissant. A pity they don’t have the space for indoor seating. Will definitely be back to try more items."
"This place has fresh baked goods and good coffee. What more can you ask for? Staff members are friendly and it seems like the space is laptop friendly as well. Croissant was great and the buns looked really good. Many items did get sold out by the time I went(around 2pm). Would love to visit again!"
"One of my favorite bakeries in NJ! Incredibly outstanding taste and quality! If you are looking for a crispy outside and soft inside baguette that you’ve ever had in Paris, this place is must go! Items get sold out pretty quickly throughout the day so try to visit early as possible or place an order a day before and pick up!"
