"I recently visited this cupcake shop and tried the lemon drop, red velvet, and carrot cake cupcakes. The cakes themselves were nice and moist, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that all three cupcakes had the same vanilla frosting. It would have been great if each flavor had a frosting that complemented it better—like a cream cheese frosting for the red velvet cupcake. Another thing I noticed was that the lemon drop cupcake is actually a vanilla cupcake with a lemon filling. Personally, I would have preferred a lemon-flavored cupcake to really bring out that lemony taste. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. The workers were very nice and made the experience pleasant."

"Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery is a delightful spot for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings! I recently visited and was impressed by the variety of cupcake flavors available. While I initially planned to try their homemade ice cream, I was a bit put off by its appearance, as it was melting despite the moderate weather. However, the cupcakes more than made up for it! I indulged in the 420 deep-fried Oreo specialty cupcake and a classic red velvet, both of which were delicious. Although I found the cupcakes a tad less moist than I prefer, the frosting was just right - not overly sweet. The ambiance inside the bakery was cozy, and I noticed they host events, which adds to the appeal. Overall, Smallcakes offers a tasty treat experience, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their cupcake flavors and, hopefully, give their ice cream a try!"

"What we asked for vs What we got. This is also after a sit down in person meeting to discuss and photos exchanged discussing expectations. So many negative comments from guests about the presentation versus the price paid. Never had any follow up from them except offering me 20 percent off of my next order. Very disappointing and embarrassed at our family event. This was a while ago and these were 75, 80 dollars each. I was more or less blamed because I could not pick up the cakes myself and sent a family member. As though I could refuse the order hours before the event. Would not return."

"Was introduced by a friend who loves, loves, loves ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ this place. I'm giving them a 4 until I can get more lemon in my lemon drop. Small cakes are anything but small, a regular size muffin that's moist and I believe mine was made with love just for me. Thank you for the delicious tasty treat."

"All the cakes tasted the same, like boxed vanilla cake. The icing on the strawberry cream had a strong artificial taste. The others were ok at best. Maybe the non-vanilla ones have more variety but these didn’t wow me and were disappointing as I had been craving a good slice of cake for a while."
