"This is a get it and go setup. Place your order and pay on their app stations in store or online. They call your name, show you the order. Thank you and go. Love the variety. The cookie list changes every week. Some locations have minis, some don't. Cookies are always on point. Most times, price is better than cookies by the lb., if purchased in a bakery."
"Yum! This was my first time trying crumbl and I’m so glad I finally did! We ordered the 4 pack with 2 chocolate chip, 1 peanut butter, and 1 toffee cake. I didn’t get to try the peanut butter but the other 2 were fantastic! Both the cookies and cake were fresh and soft and on the larger side. We ordered through a kiosk in the store and got our cookies shortly after. I think these are overpriced but they are pretty good. I’ve had just as good cookies for much less. I’d definitely come back to try other flavors though!"
"This place did not disappoint! The cookies were warm, fresh and delicious. Even though the line was out the door, the turnaround time was very quick. We waited less than 10 min. It's worth every penny! PS. Got there at 8:30 PM on a Monday and they had just run out of EVERYTHING. Get there early!"
