"The best customer service - above and beyond! Sent package via private messenger service and offered to overnight a second one. Definitely going to order from here again."
"Hello. I have worked at Bakery Kayx for almost 4 years. In this company, racial discrimination, humiliation of employees, a very rude attitude from the Spitz family, this is the name of the director of bakery. When I asked the manager to replace the products for popcorn décor, which expired in November 2023, I was ignored. I asked Bailuu, the daughter of the bakery director, who also works in bakery. She said, a lot of money spent, use expired popcorn. Bakery director Harvey Spitz said the same thing. And I, on the orders of the Spitz family and the manager, used popcorn, in which small worms were already crawling. Popcorn expired in November. In May 2024, I approached the manager again, showed the worms inside the popcorn, he smiled, the Spitz family and the manager did not care about the quality of the goods. By their behavior, they showed that they do not respect customers and their children. The manager and the Spitz family said the accountant decides. From November 2023 to June 2024, popcorn orders were sent to customers, which had a variety of worms inside. I warned the director of Spitz, I warned the manager, I warned the daughter of the director of bakery Bailuu that there were worms inside the porpcorn. But they said to use expired popcorn. When the worms grew up, when they saw the large size of the worms, only then did they say to throw away the remaining 3 large boxes of popcorn, inside which huge worms were crawling. This is respect for Jewish customers and their families??? Also, in this company, your ideas are stolen, but they do not raise your salary. In 2022, I previously cut this white chocolate white chocolate daughter of the director Bailuu. I ran after her and asked her to cut this curly chocolate, she ignored orders and ran away that she allegedly needed to go to school. She did not respect customers who made an order for a white curly tart. At that time, the director's daughter, Spitz Hairohy, and the bakery's director, Harvey Spitz, shouted at me faster. I didn't know how to do it as a new employee who had only been working for two weeks at that time. I figured out how to use plastic to spin curly white chocolate for tart décor. Then Director Spitz began to take huge orders of 200 pieces of tarts for the holidays. And at the same time, my salary for my idea did not grow, only my work increased and he began to receive profit from it. Next, I showed that we can also make a black chockey curly. And now you see on the bakery website that a lot of products are used curly chocolate. But my salary has not increased. Also in 2022, in the month of February, I showed that you can use round balls of different colors for décor, and I showed him personally my work in another bakery, where I worked on Saturdays. And then these balls for décor were allegedly invented by his wife Mrs. Raisi and his daughter Bailuu, who works in Bakery. They rehearsed for two whole days and made balloons for décor. In fact, I showed these balloons of different sizes and different colors in 2022. HE used the same idea in 2023 in order not to pay me. He likes to use people and their ideas, but he doesn't pay you for your work. They ask for new ideas, promises to raise salaries, but this is not true, he is lying. He always says that he is nobody and this issue is solved by the accountant. According to bakery director, Harvey Spitz, an accountant, is a fraud and a liar. On the order of bakery daughter Hairohi to make the décor of hot cookies in 1 minute, I burned the skin of my hands on 10 fingers. The doctor said that she burned the skin on 10 fingers of 5 layers. The treatment was not paid for by the director of bakery. They were also forced to work for a passover in the house of Bailuu's daughter and at his home. Paid in a month, taxes were withdrawn. Why do I have to pay taxes for cleaning his house??? I'm shocked. We stock up for 1 week in large quantities, but this should be done in a short time of 3-5 days. In hot weather, when the entire U.S."
"I'm editing my previous review. This place will steal from you. They double charged my card when I made my first order back in May. They have now tried to charge my card $1500 twice now, once in June and once in July. I did not make these orders or purchases. They will use your credit card information without permission just to see if they can get away with it. I do not recommend shopping at this business to anyone, unless you're paying with cash, and even then, I will not be returning on principal. Pick up your phone when someone calls. This is no way to run a business!"
"They rip off delivery drivers, adding extra to the shipments making them pay less than what they should גניבה וגזילה. This Business will fail miserably, stay away.."
"Attention Roadie drivers: Beware of this company. It appears to engage in exploitative practices that could be likened to modern-day slavery. They expect drivers to complete deliveries without reimbursing tolls to Long Island and offer pay rates as low as $20-40 for drives spanning 30-80 miles. In some cases, drivers end up making as little as $10 after covering tolls both ways. For example, tolls to Long Island amount to $22.38 round trip without EZPass, or $13.88 for New York drivers and $18.22 for out-of-state drivers. Recently, a gig was posted for a 40-mile trip to Long Island, paying only $31.63. After factoring in tolls, the driver would only earn $13.41. This treatment of drivers is unacceptable, and action should be taken to prevent further exploitation."
