"Rented a U-Haul in Framingham MA and dropped off here at this location in Utica NY right by Walgreens, I waited in the car while my wife and my father in law dropped it off and probably took about 10-20min to drop it off."

"Reserved a trailer, took 45 mins just to do paperwork, then went to hook up the trailer, and there was a small issue with the wires…(ours, not his) told us to wait for him to be done with another customer before leaving. Problem was fixed and we left to do what we needed, 45 mins after that when he realized we left repeatedly called threatening to report the trailer stolen… the trailer was returned on time, and then was charged for a cleaning fee when we didn’t make a mess, just returned in same condition we received it in. Also, with the reservation, my husband had everything set, just had to pay & go, yet charged us for insurance(that my husband said no to on the online reservation) and cleaning fees, Go to ANY other uhaul than this one."

"Absolutely awful service. Lied about some sort of cleaning fee. The thing was spotless. Then charged us extra for gas when we already filled it up to the specific spot. This is after we had to wait cause the truck we rented wasn't there. GO ELSEWHERE!! SHADY"
