"Extremely bad experience purchasing a Subaru from this dealership. They never registered the vehicle, and never followed up with the title company despite me sending numerous emails and making numerous calls to the dealership asking for status updates. Ultimately I called the title company myself and discovered that the dealership had not sent the necessary paperwork and no documentation was ever sent to the DMV. So now I have an unregistered un-titled brand new car that I can’t drive sitting in my driveway. It has been a month. The dealership knew we were on a very tight timeline and need to leave the country in July and the salesman made numerous assurances that the registration process would be speedy. Now they are claiming to have never made these assurances and stating that titling a vehicle can take up to two months. This is basically fraud as I never would have purchased this vehicle had they told me I might not have the title by the time I left the country, a question I specifically asked them several times. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP."

"Great when they are selling the car. But service is a joke. Never a loaner car available. You never “qualify “ for one. No one to talk with on the phone. You get a receptionist who keeps putting you on hold and asking questions to another person. If you have only one car, as I do, and you don’t live nearby the dealership so can’t get someone to pick you are, you are screwed if you need service that lasts more than an hour or two. You are warned. I lease from them unfortunately so I am stuck. I expected better treatment as a lessee. My first and last leasing experience with them."

"This is my second purchase of a Subaru at Riverhead Bay & with the same salesman Eric. Needless to say, it has been a wonderful experience. The product speaks for itself - Subaru is an exceptional automobile. This recent purchase is my fourth and I would never even consider another car make. As for Riverhead Bay Subaru, Eric was such a pleasure to work with. He is friendly but very professional & efficient. Everything was explained fully & I left two hours later ( had to go home & clear out the old car) in my brand new Crosstrek! Ever so happy!"
