"Made a reservation for a specific vehicle and time, made arrangements for someone to take time out of their day to give me a ride, wasted time and gas driving there 10 miles away, only to be told that they do not have a vehicle for me. Employee told me I should call ahead to make sure they have my vehicle. What is the point of booking online then? If I wanted to call I would have just called and made the reservation. Unacceptable. Hertz will never get a dime of my money going forward."

"Rented an F150 crew cab from here. Made reservation online, truck was ready for me when I arrived. Transaction took less than 10 minutes, very nice staff. Truck looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor, beautiful and spotlessly clean. Wish I could keep it. Return went just as smoothly, with no snags. Word of warning: don't mess with the toll pay device on the windshield, use your own E-ZPass if you have one."
