Just wants to get you into the dealership to waste your time so you'll buy one of his junk cars out of frustration"

"Terrible company! I merely called to get some information regarding a transaction and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He kept asking me what my name was… I answered each time. So I asked him what him name was & he reluctantly answered. He wanted to charge my friend $250 for a duplicate title. I did some research and told her that she can get it from the dmv’s website. Just unnecessary rudeness. They should not be in the business of customer service at all!"

"Disrespectful and rude when you think of the stereotypical used car salesman this is what you get at this place besides trying to be up sold the owner told my friend to leave her 3 year old daughter in the office when she asked to test drive one the vehicles also when she asked about the crack in the windshield she was told that she can put it through her insurance when she buys the car and then to end it off when it was decided that a vehicle was not going to be purchased due to the rudeness an awkward situation of being told to leave her daughter in the office she was then told to wait in the rain for her uber with her daughter!!!! if this is the type of service you prefer when spending your money then enjoy......"
