Asked what my needs were & accommodated me right away. Don't own a truck or large enough vehicle to pick things up. From a ping pong table to furniture you name it they make the process so easy that it takes the friction, tension & worry put of most mundane tasks like these so you're motivated to just go for whatever it is you're buying, moving, acquiring, dropping off etc. Thanks !!!"
"Employee walked by me twice without acknowledging me. I asked if I could get propane and he responded, “Nobody here come back tomorrow morning”. This was at noon on a Thursday. Rude and unhelpful."

"Your manager Chris used abusive rude language towards me this morning when he called to address a problem. Probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever have. If his boss heard how he treats customers with concerns, I’m sure it wouldn’t be tolerated. I will not go back and support this particular location in the future. And I hope U-Haul doesn’t train managers to yell their anger at customers as a practice. Thanks."
