"Worst place ever. Besides the fact that my 2019 truck is falling apart. Now I know why dealers get a bad rap. I had a list of things that were broke. They left out some but I just wanted my truck back because they are horrible. Spent 1300,00 and didn’t even get a car wash. I will never go back. Worst place ever. Communication none. Shameful Receptionist is horrible. When you walk in you feel like you are a problem 2 of them put their heads down and pretend you are not standing there for help. I had to put a one star to write a review but they don’t deserve any. I hope they never get treated anywhere like they treat their customers. As long as I am alive I will make sure not one person ever goes there. I still have to get my truck fixed but it definitely won’t be there Trust me you don't want me to fill this out. Smithtown is the worst place ever and no one still never called me. I am doing everything I can to make sure you never get any new clients My truck still isn't right. The only problem they fixed right was the air conditioning. I also had an oil change and they didn't even reset the oil life. My truck is a nightmare since I pulled it out of smithtown and I pray every day it runs at this point. I told them about the shaking ( never fixed) and now u missed out on a break change. With any luck it will get stolen or a tree fall on it so I never have to deal with it again. Ford should pay me to drive this piece of a nightmare"
"Daren made redoing our lease to our new 2024 Explorer a breeze. He made sure that we received all rebates and incentives that we were eligible for. He gave us a fantastic price and was very compassionate to our needs. This is our fourth Ford vehicle that we have had in the last six years and we couldn’t be more satisfied. "I bought a pre-owned truck from Ford Luncoln of Smithtown. This was an out of state sale, negotiated over the phone, with the right to cancel if the truck wasn't acceptable. The funds were wired, I transferred my registration, rented a car and drove down. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with respect. My salesperson, David Hyatt, had everything ready to go. Finishing the paperwork took 10 minutes with no upselling. David even brought me to drop off the rental. This is a risky way to purchase a vehicle, but Ford Lincoln of Smithtown made it simple. 10/10."
"Stay far away from this dealership! I bought an F150 from them and by the time I got the truck to my house the engine was knocking. Checked oil and there was none on the dipstick! Under carriage was full of rust , engine compartment had chalky stains that of a flood damage vehicle. Got stuck at intersection when the start stop failed to restart vehicle.I brought vehicle back less than 48 hours later. I spoke to the Manager Anthony Greco and explained all this to him and his response was there's nothing we can do, your not getting your money back so just take the truck back home. I called the police and everything! End result, They squeezed me into buying another truck which was 12k more which was my only option to get out of the flood damaged truck they sold me. Please do not deal with these crooks. I also put a call in to Ford Corporate. Oh did I mention they did not provide me with all pages of Autocheck which skipped over a whole owner which confirmed vehicle was in Jacksonville Vermont during the worst flood since Hurricane Irene."
