"AVOID! These guys are shady. The "warranty" is fake because they won't give you any paperwork to back it up and just send you to Maximum auto (which by the way are shady too) they never repaired the problem. When I was looking at the car Noel assured me that car was in excellent condition no issues whatsoever and yet after I paid for it it had a ton of issues. They took my car 6 times to fix the exhaust issue (replace DPF and EGR VALVE) claimed they changed the part. Upon inspection from a reputable mechanic, all the parts were old. The DPF was cracked and the egr faulty. Bought my car (2012 VW GOLF TDI) in October, 3 days later check engine light comes on, I take it back they keep it for 3 days. Ed and Noel told me the car was good to go. Engine light came back on bright it back they kept it for a week same thing over and over again! This went on for 3 months. The last time they sent me to Maximim Auto (who was their "service" shop) he kept the car for 2 weeks when I picked it up the mechanic Jean, said if the light comes on call me. The light came on, I called Jean he said park the car I'll call Ed to order the parts. I called after a week and Noel said they ordered it and will call me. It's been a month! These guys are full of it! Scammers from the second I walked in. Even the "finance manager" is shady. Charged me an extra $600 so they could get more from the bank. They don't keep their word. Stereotypical dirt lot dealers! I recorded every conversation about my car each time I went and have now retained a lawyer. Take your business elsewhere. The day I went to test drive my car I also test drive 2 others 1. Red Hyundai: Check engine light came on at start up 2. Bronze Hyundai: smelled like mildew and rough start. Get that "warranty" in writing!"

"I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta from ultimate auto sales, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I found my car on car guru, and the price I saw was the price I paid, (I did negotiate a little bit) BUT THERE ARE NO DEALER OR HIDDEN FEES!!!! I went to seven other dealerships before ultimate auto sales and all of them had some sort of hidden fee ranging between $400 & $4,000! The customer service here is amazing as well. My salesmen Jonathan made everything goes smoothly and hassle free I couldn't ask for a better experience. The car I looked at had a couple of cosmetic issues that I found during the test drive, after I told them I was interested in the car and left a down payment they immediately addressed my concerns and fixed it within 2 days. Ultimate Auto Sales also got me plates, registered the car and had the car inspected for me! During the inspection they found the tires needed replacing soon, without hesitation they changed the tires and they did not charge me a dime extra! They could've sold me the car as is and I just had to change the tires in a couple of months, but nope! Ultimate Auto Sales literally went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience and bought a good quality car! I highly recommend visiting the dealership when purchasing a used vehicle. You will not be disappointed! Also on top of that I get a three month warranty with my car I just purchased! These guys are definitely top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!"
