Budget Car Rental

"These people are dishonest and very disgusting/disresectful. Guy called me a “jerk” for not having the right card with me. I would highly recommend not using BUDGET. Especially this location."

It was obvious they have no interest in the rental business inside of the garage..I used them several years ago and dealt with an amazing older gentleman.It was truly the most shocking and disturbing experience I have ever encountered.So sad it has gone downhill."

"I would not even give this place one star. Customer service was awful. The car we received was so filthy. I went back inside and asked for another vehicle and they were SO rude. The second car was filthy as well. I took it to a carwash and had it scrubbed inside. Conveniently when returning the vehicle I was told their system was down and they could not give me any paperwork or my $250 holding fee. It has been a week and still have not received it."

"This Location is the wurst ever. I had a vehicle exchange here and the guy Rich who did the vehicle exchange was nothing but rude and so very nasty to me. He even changed me for a empty vehicle meanwhile the place at stonybrook has a gas station at it and he knew I was going to fill it up which I did when he was doing my exchange. Also, You call that location good luck with getting someone to answer the phone becasue he looks at the caller ID and don't answer the phone. I was calling for a total of 5 hours and so was roadside. I don't even know how this place does any business if you dont answer the phone and your rude to your customers. Another Issue, The car he exchange me into was so nice and it was the same car I had just a different color but the inside was so dirty and he give me a hard time about cleaning the vehicle like dude that's your job not mine and all cars should come clean. He also didn't wanna mark up any damage to the vehicle and he just looked at the front of the vehicle and write no Damage meanwhile there was damage on the front right bumper of the vehicle. Honestly, I was so done fighting with him that I just left the damage alone till I got to my returning location and told them about the gas and the damage. The reurn location was not happy to hear about this issue."

"Im not sure why this place has received so much bad reviews. I found them to be nice and helpful. They are a smaller local shop which adds a bit of character. They had my car i reserved and I was gone in under 15 min. Side note my flight had got canceled at Christmas from Islip, this was the only place that had anything. I didn't catch the guys name that served me but he was under alot of stressed from angry customers with altered travel plan but I think it was just fine. If you read this you might recall me saying you made at least one customer happy, well you did, we are home in Tennessee and safe. Thank you very much."
