"I was looking for a very specific vehicle, an older Ford Escape hybrid.There were not many in the entire state of New York, but for some reason Albert had three of them. We talked about one and it looked like it wasn't going to work out for me and then he got another one in that I noticed and it was perfect for me. I live 3 and 1/2 hours away from Long Isand, so everything we did was via text or phone. He was able to process all the paperwork for the loan and I took his word that the vehicle was going to be in good shape and ready to go. I drove down and saw the car, was very pleased, did all the paperwork took care of everything and drove back. There was a minor issue with the vehicle on the way back, so I contacted Albert and he worked with me to take care of it. I've had the car for a couple weeks now and it's perfect. I would highly recommend this dealership. It's kind of funny because from the outside the dealership doesn't look like much but he actually has quite a few vehicles and they're all in very good shape mostly very low mileage and all very reasonably priced.
