"Had a sudden vehicle emergency that required an immediate car rental. Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Amityville handled my reservation quickly and got me the car I needed. Initially I had a 3 day rental but was told my repairs would likely last several more days so I was able to extend the reservation with no issues at all. When the car was repaired 4 days sooner than expected, I was able to return the rental and had the costs pro-rated so that I wasn't charged anything more than the actual time I had the car. Scott arranged bringing the car to Richmond Auto body and pick up rental at Richmond when my car work was completed. Maybe a 12 min wait to get car and no wait dropping off the car. Very happy with this Enterprise location and follow-up with return of car. Would highly recommend this location."
