Screamed at us on phone when we called later about our missing furniture covers. Also wanted pictures of license and credit card over the phone from a sketchy number. Don’t go here."

"This is probably the worst U Haul rental office in NY. 4 unanswered phone calls and over 30 mins of waiting for this woman to show up and let us know which van to take. The reservation was scheduled to start at 3:30, it’s 4pm at the time of writing this. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like you would a plague. 0/5 stars. Btw, she still hasnt shown up. The mechanic here is clueless as well. I watched him his the lift with a customers car and do nothing about it. How do places like this stay in business? U-Haul corporate should drop this place, hard."
