"The service has been terrible, i took my car in for a recall, they told me it would be ready in one day, its now been 3 days and i haven't had any call or update as to when i'll get my vehicle back! I have called MULTIPLE times and left messages no answer. I have a new born and need a vehicle to get around, i dont even have an update on my vehicle. Update: i got my vehicle back yesterday because we went all the way to the shop to demand anseers, they told us it was ready, we drove it home and the engine light went on agaon as well as another icon, this si ridiculous and frustrating. I don't know why my car was in the shop for so long when nothing was fixed, everytime i call they tramsfer me and i get no answer i have left multiple messages"

"First and foremost, I must thank Anthony for his OUTSTANDING leadership experience. I came to service my 2024 Jeep Compass, for some electrical work and wasn't aware my vehicle would remain on sight for several days. When this was brought to my attention, I immediately asked; are there any vehicles available as a loaner. Considering my trip took an hour and our car is used for important things I had to speak to Anthony. Once he relaxed my situation, he immediately got on the phone to help me. Unfortunately he wasn't able to meet my needs, however, he came up with an additional plan - return home with my Jeep and come back when there is a loan available. So I went out back got my car and proceeded home. After one week of usual matters, Anthony reached out to me, as promised with great information - there is a loner reserved for me. As soon as I came to their location, I spoke to another helpful employee. Anthony should be acknowledged for his ability to think quickly under stressful circumstances. My hour trip would have been impossible without the use of a loner, which became a concern to Anthony. Once he was aware of things, he didn't hesitate to pick up the phone to make me a satisfied customer.
