"Worst dealership and bunch of scammers. Had me drive 2 hrs for a false advertised vehicle they said was there. The car wasn't there and then proceeds to show me vehicles that are overpriced. Workers are unprofessional and unethical. Manager is complete scum who will try to scam and lie to your face. Please stay away and go to an official reputable dealer"

"They have fake postings set up online to try and get you in the dealer. I called twice to confirm the vehicle was there then drove over an hour just for them to say they don't have it and try to show me other cars. Waste of time. I also asked them about the reviews and they said they are "under new management" and assured me the car was there. Don't be fooled like me, don't believe any postings for cars from JD Motors, it's a scam."

"Well im so glad I read all these reviews esp most recent one before making that long drive from Bensalem to this place. Smells like a scam sounds like a scam & most likely are scammers so I wont waist the drive. Thx Ladies of whom so many dealers try to up the price to get over on us or Simply just LIE!! Vehicle probably wasn there anyway but still have it listed, so il save my gas & time today! SAD!! Sad for quick sale or buck!!"

"I inquired about a car since March 7th already pre approved from my bank spoke several times to Tiana and once to Nicole both stated vehicle was available and would have someone call me back. They never called back and kept transferring me to a voice mail box that was full and suppose to be the mangers voicemail box. I come to realize they only care about making a double commission and refuse to sale me the car since i was already pre approved from my bank and didn’t use theirs. Dont waist your time with them they only care about the double commission they receive a kick back when you use their bank in others words another commission. Terrible customer service! The car still listed but yet they told me they sold it go figure on top of that liars."

"Not a fan of this dealership. I was hesitant to stop in with only the 3 reviews. I thought maybe this place is better than the reviews. I was wrong. First off, if you are going in to see the cars you like on their website. Make sure they have them on the lot. And not try to talk you into similar looking cars. Since I had a balance on my loan, they stated they could not give me the full amount my trade in was worth because they would need to “make money off the deal”. My trade in would be accepted but for just the amount my loan balance was for. Mind you, I did my homework and have been checking the worth of my car. So I know going in with a trade I would have a nice down payment even after my loan balance was covered. I understand the dealers have to make the sale profitable but I went to different dealerships and they took my trade in for the amount that the car was worth and I had money left over to use as a down payment for a new car. Which made me question why didn’t this dealer offer the same deal?"
