"My experience at the Enterprise Car Rental near JFK was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The customer service was downright disrespectful, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The service agents seemed disinterested in helping, constantly interrupting me while I tried to explain my situation. It felt like they were more focused on getting rid of me than actually providing assistance. To make matters worse, they seemed to have a complete disregard for the basics of customer service. When they checked my driver’s license and credit card, they rudely commented that they couldn't be bothered to verify the information, leaving me confused and uncomfortable. Their behavior was unprofessional and lacked any semblance of courtesy and left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Overall, my experience at this location was appalling. I expected much better from a company like Enterprise, and I strongly advise others to think twice before renting from this location while there are other Enterprise location in the area."

"I recently had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car located in Inwood, New York. I was involved in a no-fault accident and my insurance, Geico, arranged a rental car for me through Enterprise as part of my policy, which covers up to $50 per day for a rental car. When I rented the car from Enterprise, I inquired about the rate and, after including taxes, it came out to $47 per day, which was within my coverage limit. I kept the car for 27 days, well within the 30-day coverage provided by my insurance. However, upon returning the car, I was informed by an employee named Deja that I owed $225 out-of-pocket. I questioned this charge since my original contract, which included taxes, clearly stated the rate as $47 per day. Deja was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the additional charge. Despite showing her the contract, she insisted on the charge without any clear justification. To make matters worse, Deja offered to refund the $225 as a “one-time courtesy” if I wrote a five-star review for her. Reluctantly, I agreed and wrote the review, but the refund was never processed. When I saw the charge on my credit card statement, I called the location numerous times, but they made constant excuses and refused to let me speak with Deja, who had promised the refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a temporary credit, but Enterprise charged my card again. I also informed Geico about this issue, and they were unable to explain the $225 charge as well. Geico promised to talk to Enterprise and get back to me, but they have not followed through. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling that Enterprise is operating unethically. If this can happen to me, it could happen to others as well. The deceptive practices and unprofessional behavior of employees like Deja have ruined my trust in Enterprise, and I will never rent from them again. Beware of hidden charges and unfulfilled promises if you choose to rent from this location. This company has lost a customer for life."

"Staff there are very friendly, and pickup service as well as drop off was definitely a nice addition. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars was because on the day when I was selecting a car there were only two options available, so I had to settle. I've used Enterprise before at a different locations and they had a lot bigger selection of cars."

"I leased a care from Enterprise for a short time due to an accitdent with my own car. Everything from getting the car to returning it went smoothly and rapidly. The staff were helpful and friendly. The car was clean and performed well. I would highly recommend them."
