"They really got me the car that I wanted. They have several cars available but I was interested in the Toyota RAV4. The car was clean and drive very smooth and also good on long trips helps save money on gas. I really recommend the Enterprise."
"First I would like to start by saying the staff at the front desk was really helpful when trying to secure a rental.. especially the assistant manager I can’t remember her name at the moment. Anyways, I rented a car through insurance while my actual vehicle was getting fixed because someone hit my car. I picked up my the first car Friday March 22. Literally the next day the check engine light came on and the car started driving funny. Saturday I wanted to take the car back but they were closed by 12pm. First thing Monday morning March 25 I called.. explained what was going on with the vehicle & they allowed me to come and exchange it. Cool no problem. Literally maybe 2-3 hours later I noticed ants in the car. I didn’t think anything of it because it was about 2 of them. As time went on.. more of them started to appear. They were everywhere coming from the dashboards, middle console, the seats. I was literally driving and smashing ants with whatever I could find smh. Google won’t allow you to post videos.. so I had to screenshot pictures from the videos (to the best of my ability) to post. Extremely unsanitary & it’s inconveniencing for me because now I have to go back to this enterprise and return a second vehicle."
"Honestly this branch may have good cars but receptionist there are very ignorant. You have to be your own advocate. Ensure the registration is in the car and if not ask for it, and check it is a registration not some insurance paper, also check that it is not expired. I had received a car at this location and they did not give me the registration and I has asked whether it was in the car and they just say yes. Please do not trust what they say. I had to come back to pick up registration and over the phone they said it is expired and I need to switch out the vehicle. All that inconvenience I had to take off work early because they close after 5pm. I was offered a free upgrade. Now another time going for another rental, I asked specifically for registration but they gave me some insurance paper and I did not notice. I also mentioned my last encounter with them and receptionist did not verify nor cared to see if that is the registration. He just provided whatever was in the system. I called next day because it was past 5pm (closing time), and they mention that I need to go to the branch since they couldn’t email. I travel so I stopped at another branch in hillside (not this location) only for the reps to say “we don’t have access and can’t sign in”. I had to take time off to drive to this branch and then the manager shows up and says I could have emailed this to you I got contact from corporate. Even though I had called them and they said they couldn’t email it to me. This branch as well as others have been disappointing, just be aware of the required paperwork before you leave and record your vehicle before driving it. ALWAYS BE SURE TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND Write their name down"
"I rented out the car from Enterprise almost a week. They were provided great service with care. If you want you can extend your rental dates by calling them. They have magnificent costumer services providing. Personally two staffs Carlos and Allen are fantastic and kind. I would love to recommend this place and reasonable price range."
