"Started looking online a couple weeks ago. Sent a request to see if a vehicle was available. I started receiving emails, phone calls, and texts from the dealership, daily for the past 2 weeks. I've been looking around and didn't get over to the dealership right away. So yesterday I reached out to them during the day and asked if I could come in and see it. They told me yes, and that they were looking forward to me coming in and stated that I would love it.. And confirmed a time between 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. I showed up at 5:09 p.m. I walked in and asked for the 2 names I had been receiving messages from. Neither one was around. So, another sales rep came to me, and we sat down. The rep asks me if I've seen the car yet, and no I had not. So, the rep gets up and say's let me get the keys. A few minutes later they come back and tell me the car is in service and not able to be seen. So, I asked how that can be, I had confirmed an appointment to see it today. To which she tells me, she can see the entire email string on her computer. So, when I reconfirmed at 3:23 pm about my time range. Why didn't someone tell me the car wasn't available to see? She told me that the online service doesn't know that kind of detail. So, I left work early, arranged for someone to pick up my dog. All for not, and not a care in the world that a potential customer was put off and lied to. The rep told me, well when you come back it should go a lot smoother. I smiled and told her; I will not be coming back. If the service this dealership is using to filter online customers has no clue what is going on at the dealership, how is that good for customer service? I guess when you don't care about who walks in, or calls, or inquires online about a vehicle it really doesn't matter. They all just act like the next person will buy it if you don't. I did get one valuable lesson here, regardless of where you may be going to see a car, call them first to confirm that the car is actually on the property and available to see. Not just to get you in there and steer you towards something else. I have appointments over the next couple of days and I have already called and confirmed that the vehicles are on site. Good luck, and you'll have better luck steering clear of this dealership."
"Go see Stuart Simpson for your next vehicle purchase. He will treat you with kindness, respect and honesty on the deal. Second chance financing available, if you need it. Mr Simpson made sure I saw the car I wanted and did not attempt to put me in something different. I am grateful for the opportunity and traveling in my new vehicle. Thank you, Luxury Motor Cars"
"Today we bought our second car from Luxury Motor Cars and were just as pleased as the first time. Our first vehicle drove like a dream but we needed something larger. Howard our salesman treated us like gold. He was very fair in the trade-in and dealt with all our questions and requests. Moe was also great, he was able to get us a better interest rate than anywhere else. We have referred many people to them and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this dealership for honest salespeople, excellent vehicles and extremely good prices."
"This place is horrible i will never buy a car from here again,no one should buy a vehicle from them i bought a car 2 months ago from them they repainted the hood it came out horrible and they are not trying to fix it they didn’t pant the other part they were supposed to after i purchased the vehicle. Car is supposed to come with a tracking system and they aren’t providing me with the information for that I call the dealer and all they do is put me on hold and never pick up and the sales guy just blocked my number when telling him about the information it. I paid for dealer warranty and I called the dealer to try and fix it something that wrong with the car and they say the warranty doesn’t exist and I tried calling them to ask them and nothing."
