"Pretty sure Zipcar only exists to make Budget and Enterprise seem like luxury limo services. Non existent customer service, cars always look like they were used as a homeless shelter - the car you pick out seems really to be a "ideally this is what i want but if a 7 seat mini van isnt available just give me whatever you have" - no appology or refund offered - they did give me an hours driving credit but it turned out that it expired in a week!!!! Buyer be ware"
