"Their customer service was rude obnoxious disrespectful, didn't care about anything. Their system is always failing. Overpricing ripping people off, Your best bet is going to a real renting company. They tried overpricing for their malfunction to their system. Cars would have a broken window. Some don't come with insurance or registration. They accuse you for their problems with the system saying you didn't pay. They charge your card with out any notices. They also make you feel like is your fault they charge you to retrieve your belongings if left by mistakenly. They charge for not having a spare tired when it's their problem. They would leave you stranded anywhere and not care. They told me they would pay me back for a Uber when their car didn't have a spare and I was stranded away from my home. When I tried to explain to them that their system was down on the app and the website and I was at work and needed to extend the trip they didn't care they just wanted the car back to it home location when I was at work."
