"I want to share my extremely frustrating experience with these people that seemed to me like the ultimate scammers. We discovered them through CARFAX, where they were advertising amazing deals we were immediately attracted by. After picking the car we wanted, doing our driving test with the kind and patient customer associate, Maureen, we picked a beautiful 2017 Mercedes listed for 13k. We waited about 1 h to be able to speak to the manager, Jay to finalize the deal. I was so excited about the car and believed I was going home with it the same day, as I was ready to get the check and pay. Finally Jay manifested himself and when we went into his office, the truth was out: the price advertised on their website, wasn’t at all the price of the car, but the amount of the loan you will have to get after a 5k down payment. So basically, our 13k deal was in fact a 20k purchase at the very minimum + the cost of the loan in bank interests. Never in the 3 hours of asking questions to Maureen about pricing we were given more details about the reality of the cost. I really recommend to avoid this business. This is not about the value of the cars, but the fake communication they use on carfax to lure you into believing you are getting a great deal. You are basically not. You are buying a car at the market value. Not a dime less, and only if you are enrolling into their financing program. Not a dealer for cash buyers."

"This scam Sean and his boss and whoever else got going on here should and will put them behind bars. The banks that are working with these scammers should also be held accountable. They’re selling cars without any title and those cars are getting towed because you will never get a plate or registration. Our car got towed because of this and was kept in the pound for 2 weeks…they told us they cannot give us back our down payment until they have the car in their possession…after chasing them down to go get back their own car which was very suspicious which now they’ve had in their possession for almost a month they’re now telling me that they will give me back my down payment but minus the tow and pound fees. LEGAL ACTION WILL COMMENCE And i suggest all that have been going through this same issue do not sit and take it. Call the better business bureau and report them and they will let you know what to do next."
