"Came to ask if i could bring my car for an oil change and the guy told me they were busy and go somewhere else!! Like really? No need to be rude, its not like they going to do it for free... just when somewhere else called " auto center west " they are very professionals and give warranty of their work"
"very professional sales associates. They took good care of me and were patient with my needs. Had a smooth used car purchase. This is my second car i'm purchasing from them. I was in an accident with my first car. With my first car, my check engine light came on after about 3 weeks into the purchase. I went back to them, they checked it and told me it was a sensor that had failed and that they will take care of it. they gave me a loaner car and took car of the repair as agreed during the sales. I picked up the car after about 4 hours. It never gave me any other problem there onward. With this my second car, they gave me a free oil change and 30 days powertrain warranty. The car runs and drives great no problems this far. I will definitely recommend this dealership to any potential car buyer."
