"Pre-hired car had been taken when I got there. Service was incalculably slow. Though once we got served service was pretty good - they sorted us with an upgraded car. However that was riddled with scratches the team ie there best to hide… It worked in the end - but I wouldn’t hire from this location ever again!!!"

"If you are renting here on a holiday or a weekend, be prepared to wait a really long time and still possibly not get your car even if you have a confirmed reservation. This is the closest car rental location from my home so I rented here about 15 times over the last two years or so. For about 10 times, everything was great. For about 3 times, there was a line and I ended waiting for about an hour to get my car, even though they have cars readily available. The person at the counter just didn’t seem to care and took like 20 min to get each customer a car. And then twice they simply told us they don’t have cars available and are waiting for people to return their cars. There seems to be no inventory control whatsoever because you can make reservations regardless of whether they have cars available or not. It’s really frustrating and messes up my plans."

"Highly recommend NOT to rent here. Car was reserved multiple months ahead and given away. Waited for 4 hours because Manager was pretending to look for alternatives but clearly didn’t care. I then had to cancel the booking. Went to SIXT and experienced what GREAT looks like. PS during those 4 hours multiple customers said that it is normal that pre booked cars in this shop are given away."

"DRIVERS BEWARE: I had a reservation here and they gave my car away. I also rented from here numerous times and the last time my car smelled like cigarette smoke. When I tried to tell the manager he told me not to leave a review. Flash forward to today when I’m on a time dependent gig for work and the car is not here. Would definitely avoid this place if you can help it. Frankly, you get what you pay for. Avis may be cheap but they have no interest in making sure their clients are happy."

"I have often experienced unprovoked rude and slow customer service at this location. It takes them a long time to bring the car: sometimes I have had to wait a half hour or longer even when there was no one ahead of me. The attendants who are supposed to bring the car have been rude to and yelled at customers for no reason, simply for politely inquiring about ETA."
