"Was given misinformation over the phone from the front desk employee at this location and customer service that cost me time and money. Enterprise employees are not knowledgeable about their jobs and Enterprise’s reservation system is for those on business, and strapped for time. Avoid Enterprise. This was an insurance issue, but now I will go out of my way to not use Enterprise in the future for any of my car rental needs."
