"We are having a terrible experience with this location. We reserved a car for 5 pm pickup tonight several weeks ago. Pick up times were available until they close at 7 pm. We received a confirmation email that said if you pick up early, you incur a $36 fee for every hour early, so we planned to be there at 5 (also the earliest we could get there with work). We checked the directions to the location before leaving and saw on Google that they closed at 5 and the business hours had been updated only 5 days ago. We never received a call or an email from Enterprise informing us of their new closing time. When we tried to call them at 4:45 to see if they would be there a few minutes after 5 (the soonest we could get there), the number on their website and Google was incorrect (had a Chicago area code for a NY location). At 5 pm, on the main Enterprise website we found a the same phone number with a NYC area code listed, but when we called that, no one answered and it said that after hours it would not forward the call or allow a message to be left. How can a business change their hours and not contact people who have appointments outside of those hours? It's terrible service, and for a service that can be as time sensitive as needing a vehicle, it's even worse. I've had so many great experiences with Enterprise before, I was shocked at this lapse in service. Needless to say, we are now without a car when one was needed."

He checked his inventory coming and put one aside for us. Everybody at this location is very helpful and they are very conveniently located. Thank you!"
