Over this past year we have needed a car rental due to unforeseen circumstances and end events. Z, Michelle, T and all of the staff have always been on point! Not only with us but with the interactions we have witnessed them have with other customers! We cannot thank them enough!"

"DONT PICK THIS PLACE, choose another. I just finished having a pointless, unsympathetic and un empathetic conversation with a manager that tells me, “me and you should already know what the bill would be and it still has to get pay”. I have no problem paying what I owe but the rep said one thing and lead me to believe I would pay what I owe on the day of return and get my deposit back. I bring the car back and she repeats the same thing and leaves me waiting. I call them back. She says because I used my credit card it takes time and it will be returned back. Mind you I didn’t use a credit card it was debt and I’m still lead to believe I’m going to receive my deposit. The manager explains to me where the deposit went. Doesn’t acknowledge what the rep did and makes me feel like I’m demanding my deposit back. The call was pointless and I blame myself. I should have went to another enterprise as the 2052 McCarter Hwy Newark, NJ 07104 has a bunch of negative comments. So just know they will keep your deposit or use it towards any balance. Just wish I would have been told this as I am still dealing with a stolen car and have to dot my I’s and cross my T’s."

"The New York Performing Arts Academy, a long standing 501c3 non profit reserved a truck from this place today to pick up Donated items to assist with the current humanitarian crisis in the immediate Newark and surrounding areas. Unfortunately when we arrived to pick up the vehicle the gentleman behind the counter made sure we couldn't help by telling us we needed to pay an extra $1,500 "deposit" that no one informed us of. This forced us to scramble now to find alternative methods to pick up this donation. Thanks Enterprise for making sure the people of the area you serve stay in the dire situations they may be facing."
