"First time renting from Kyte and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Making a reservation and getting approved to drive was a smooth process, the app is so easy to use. The price to rent a car for the weekend was CONSIDERABLY cheaper than other alternatives such as Turo and Getaround. The car we received was beautiful and spotless. Customer service was top notch. You have a 2 hour window to return your car which is nice because with Getaround if you are running late for whatever reason you end up paying so much in fees. Everything was great and I will definitely rent from Kyte again in the nearby future. 10/10"

"Be careful. This company overcharged me by a lot. When I questioned it, I was told it was an “admin fee” that shouldn’t have been there. I was charged 2 months after actually renting the car. Could have easily missed it on my statement. And took a lot of my time to get it resolved."

"Loved the delivery option— went very smoothly and the convenience was worth the upcharge. Car worked great, good gas mileage. The only issue has been paying for tolls— examine your after-trip receipts closely. I was incorrectly charged $22 more than I should have been."

"I had never heard of Kyte before, but this was honestly the best car rental experience I've ever had. Not only are they affordable, but they also make the process of getting your car so easy, as you can have it delivered to your location for a small fee. This was a huge benefit, as I often have nightmare experiences waiting to get rental cars in person. With Kyte, you know your car will be ready at whatever time you want it and brought right to you, it's a service that can't be beat and other rental car companies need to take note. Everything is done through the app, if you want to add an extra driver or change your time, it's all facilitated easily. You have a two hour window with your pickup and drop off time, and drop off was quick and easy. I highly recommend this company and hope to see them grow even more nationally, this is the way car rentals should be!"

"BEWARE! I used Kyte multiple times and never had an issue. On my last trip i got a rock chip in the windshield (when a rock flies up and leaves a ding) and this company charged me over $650 to replace the entire windshield because of a small rock chip. What a scam. No phone number to call their claims department and no communication whatsoever before they simply charged the card on file. They asked for my insurance info, I provided sensitive information to their third party, and then they made no attempt to use it or file a claim with my insurance and I had to ask twice before getting a basic reply that says "we don't file claims with insurance for under $1000" even though they prompted and emailed me offering to input my insurance as a payment method. My recommendation, stay away! Additionally, I tried to tip my surfer and their system couldn't find him, and he told me he hadn't gotten tipped for weeks so this must be why. It seems that they don't have either their customers or employees best interests in mind."
