"I would have given them a no star review had I had the option. Their vehicle had to be jump started twice in one day when there were no obvious signs of doors being left open, hazards left on, or lights being left on for that matter. They said we never called them when the issue happened when we specifically mentioned it to them after returning the vehicle within the same day. Since they don’t properly service their vehicles we were told that they didn’t believe us about the issue. Next time I will be sure to use a rental truck agency that is much, much, much more professional."

"The absolute worst customer service! Beyond rude!!! The other reviews calling them liars and thieves are spot on. Our rental did not work! The truck was dead in a driveway, could not be jumped and then we were told to pay for a mechanic to fix their trucks issue! The absolute worst. Would never recommend and am disgusted by the way customer service handled the multiple issues."
