"If I could leave the stars blank I would. This place is cool when everything is going good but when sh?t hits the fan these guys have no clue how to handle their customers. I rented the Benz for the weekend to go down to Atlanta and everything was cool... until I started losing air in the left rear tire. Slow leak ok no problem I gotta do what I gotta do cuz we are responsible for wear n tear fine. I go to a tire shop and they show me a poorly welded rim smh. I get it they don’t fully know what’s going on under the car. I called them up and told the guy and he couldn't do anything and I couldn't go back so I kept going. 16 hours it takes to get there constantly having to stop. I went to another shop to try and do something to slow the leaking down. It did. Spent $70 plus tip. On the way back I had to do some Macgyver magic and it helped slow the air down more. I emailed this company and told them about this ordeal and not even a response,nothing. No sorry you had to deal with this we value you as a customer cuz I've rented here before and that's why I came back. Your customer service is garbage when it's comes to taking care of people that do business with your company."
