"i originally left a 5 star review but i should have waited to receive my title and such before that. I took 2 months and 3 temp tags to get the title for this vehicle pictured. I was able to get two oil changes done in the time it took to get the title… Not only that the truck was advertised as 208k miles the title has 230,000 Actual miles listed. They provided a $415 “Good Faith Refund” after many calls and legit screaming at them over the phone regarding the matter and i really only got the refund after i made it clear even as a out of state resident i know what NJDMV’s rules are. Make sure if they promise to call you back that you just wait on hold cause that call back usually doesn’t come anytime soon could be next day or it never comes and you have to text them on facebook again to remind them because you have 2 days left on your temp. Who knows if i’ll even be able to register it as the bill of sale mileage is different from the title we will find out at the DMV soon. Make sure they physically have your title in their hand before you even set any money down (in my case it was the full amount of the vehicle) , hat was my stupid mistake i guess but when your in need of a vehicle you take the word of a DEALERSHIP that your title will arrive in “2-3 weeks” as told when i asked tiago the day of purchase. could care less if the car exploded into a million pieces 3 days later i knew that risk but i didn’t know it was gonna have 20,000 more miles on the title but yall should have known that as you need to physically have the title in your hand to sell the truck in the first place…"

"Brought a car from Premier Trucks back in like May/June, it was an okay car visually but on the 2+ hour drive home the check engine light came on and after taking it to a mechanic I found out the EGR valve was faulty, the driver side lower control arm almost rotted through from the top down(shown in picture), PCV valve was stuck closed and caused the oil pan gasket to fail, trans fluid was overfilled with fresh fluid to make it not look as bad but the inside of the filter was pitch black(shown in picture), and the timing belt had cracks running the entire length and had to be replaced, its really frustrating because I did my best to look over the car but every single question I had was just met with them shrugging their shoulders or being told some iteration of "look at the carfax" and whenever I pointed out an issue they would just reiterate how they had just put new brakes on it and completely dismissed all of my questions, the guy who sold it to me was nice and helped me in a pinch but besides that the car needed over 2k in repairs."
