"Booked a car through this location via Priceline, and a few months out from my reservation. The morning of - I search for the address and see a collection of reviews that made me extremely worried - almost all 1-stars, and horror stories of reservations gone wrong. So, I call to confirm my reservation. No answer. I call 5-6 times, all no answer. Now almost panicked, I go down to the location - which isn’t the easiest to find, adding to my worry - I finally get there and…. all is fine. Car is there, and ready. Guy is friendly (enough). I’m pleased with the car, no wait or hassle picking up. Besides the ‘not answering the phone’ issue, a win in my book."
"When I saw the reviews for this location after we reserved, I resolved to leave a review based upon my experience, because I was worried people only review this place when it goes poorly. Well, you can guess how that went. The pickup was fine, except they only had one vehicle, a pickup truck, which obviously guzzles gas and is difficult to park in the city. But when we returned, there was no one there. Cut to an hour of parking attendants yelling at me while I’m on hold with customer service, a budget employee appearing and then refusing to help me, and being forced to go to a different location, like I’m an employee paid to shuttle vehicles across the city. I came while the place was supposed to be open, but they had decided to leave despite having a return scheduled. I should have just left the truck in that parking lot and let budget deal with it, but I ended up caving. I missed a meeting, and was not reimbursed for the expense of my trip."
