"The staff to include the young lady that washes cars and Destiny are very professional and friendly. Great service. However, the first car I rented had a tire leak, which resulted in me having to find a gas station and fill up the air for the first 3-4 days. I called Enterprise, spoke with Destiny and she asked me to bring the car in to exchange it, which was a big inconvenience because I was in town for a funeral and had lots of family arrangements to take care of. Destiny switched out the car, which reeked of pet odor. They sprayed the car and sent me on my way. Once getting back to my hotel, I noticed there was dog hair all on the sides of the cars and the odor was horrible. I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Luis (I believe) who worked in the morning, Destiny was not available. He suggested I bring this car in as well but I did not have time for being inconvenienced again. I had an early flight 2 days later, dropped the car off and put keys in drop box. Car's are infamous for not being cleaned prior to being rented at this location and cars with pet smell should not be rented to patrons at all. I rent from this location due to the convenience and pleasant, professional team. They need help with ensuring cars are cleaned and smell fresh prior to renting. Besides an "I apologize for your inconvenience" that is all I received. Also if there is an indicator light on, they should have the issue repaired prior to renting to anyone."

"24 hrs into my rental the car’s heat wasn’t working and a light came on associated with the engine. I called the office and the office and the woman that answered seemed to be doing her best to be unhelpful as possible. She finally suggested I talk to rose side to get the vehicle switched out. I was subsequently transferred to them. After being on hold for 15 minutes I just gave up. I returned the car a week later. After checking out I checked my ccard and noticed that they took $370 form my card when I checked out instead of the $300 I was told. Then I also saw that they double charged my for my portion of the rental. I called the office and the guy that answered told me that they didn’t charge me twice and insisted I was wrong despite me looking at my card statement while on the call. He then insisted that it would be reversed the next day. That was 3 days ago. I asked for a statement from their end showing what he was seeing. He said he’d send it right over but I have yet to receive it. That also was 3 days ago. West Orange NJ location"
