"I reserved a rental a month ago. I get to the rental location the day of my reservation and I’m told they don’t have any cars I have to wait for people to return their rentals in order to pick up a rental. I was in the rental location for 3+ hours with my child waiting. What’s the point of making a reservation if you can’t get the rental at your reservation time. I will not go back to that location so unprofessional. Don’t accept reservations if you’re not going to have cars at the location. A waste of time and day!"
"They were helpful in receiving the car although it took a bit longer than I expected. Upon returning I gave it to their next door neighbors hertz because it was after thrifty working hours. I thought the settlement will be delayed but no, in one hour the final settlement was sent to my email. I appreciated this."

"I've seen all the bad reviews, but my experience here was excellent. I made a reservation for Sunday Dec 10th and the gentleman behind the counter was absolutely lovely and very helpful. He was also there again the next day when I returned the car. I didn't have to make any changes to my reservation though, nor were there any issues on my end during it, so I'm not sure how resolving an issue would be here."
"I was skeptical of this place because of the Reviews on here. My Credit card company suggested them or else i’d have to take an Uber to the Airport to get a car. It was a great experience renting from them. I’ve rented twice now. Both times my reservation was handled by a Bald dude with glasses named Kenny. That dude is efficient and quick. Whether picking up or Returning the car I’ve had no hassles thus far and will likely rent from them Primarily because it’s easier to get to them via the Train as a person who lives “Uptown.” They have good vehicles also."
