"WoW. If I was able to give 5+ stars, I would. The team at the 83rd location of Enterprise went above and beyond for my group and I. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nikki, Taj, and Will. When we had difficulties processing the rental, they figured out the best possible solution and completely accommodated us. They're spirit and positivity, even at 8am might I add, were so amazing. Typically the rental car experience can be arduous and headache-inducing. However, these individuals made it the highlight of our trip. "I found this car rental location after comparing many competitors on Manhattan and can confirm that 83rd St Enterprise is where you want to go. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, the entire process is smooth, quick and easy, the car was new, clean and in great condition, the rates are competitive, and I received a free upgrade to a nicer car than reserved. The only thing that confused me a bit was the tolling system which goes through a third party. I’m happy to highly recommend this place and will do business with them again if I need to rent a car in the future."
