"Super late with this review. We rented a 15 passenger Transit Mid Roof for our dance company Jan 2019. Got there at 9am. The gentleman was maybe about 10 minutes late, nothing too crazy. Can't remember the reason. Other than that the service was great. In and out in 10 minutes. He was nice, and very helpful. The van was clean, well taken care of, drove very smoothly (it's a Ford), awesome features, luxurious. Everyone loved it. I enjoyed driving. We had no issues, no surprise fees. A wonderful experience. Would definitely rent from them again."

"Made reservations online, changed twice and every time I recd great customer service from Bandago! Picked up vehicle and my wife+mother in law wanted to see other models so staff showed us other versions and then finished new reservations...... great amount of miles/day compared to others and no other "hidden fees....well,,,,nothing major....a $4/day NJ something fee.....anyway, we even changed our return date mid rental and again, no issues and prompt service. Highly recommend them and will definitely rent from them again.....thanks for being awesome!"

"Reservation for Sprinter van made over six months in advance. On the morning we were set to pick up the van they called and said they did not have the Sprinter we rented. They were pleasant but offered no option or assistance in securing another vehicle. Just simple WE ARE SORRY. Absolutely no effort to secure another van. They held our deposit of over 600 dollars for six months and felt no responsibility to fulfill their obligation. Astounding. This would have been the catastrophic end of a once a year vacation for our family but we found another dealer with a Ford Transit. NEVER WOULD TRUST THEM AGAIN. Our precious vacation was almost cancelled because of their incompetence. BEWARE."
