I was willing to pay the cost we spoke about over the phone but of course upon arrival that turned into hidden made up fees equaling over 2k. The salesman Chris blamed his manager but the truth was there all shiesty salesman. They are the exact reason why people don't like purchasing vehicles."

"Would give them zero stars if possible. I had called to make a service appointment and explicitly told them I would need a courtesy car given the type of service needed. I was told they would have one on a Thursday so I made the appointment. When I get there, I find out that they scheduled me for a Tuesday, don’t have a courtesy car, and didn’t even notate the need for a courtesy car when I made the appointment. After all this, I leave with my car and give the service manager a call. He did absolutely nothing to right the wrong of his department. Instead he called me a liar. Worst dealership experience in my live. I would never go back to these people. Edit: After six days I still have not heard back from the dealership even though they stated they would reach out shortly. Another example of their poor professionalism and customer service. I would highly suggest anyone avoids them like the plague."

"When I purchased my vehicle, I dealt with a salesman named Roberto Milton and he was upfront and fair. Ever since that, the levels of appreciation for this dealership ha plummeted. Their service department has lied to me on several occasions about calling to keep me informed. Aside from that, I've had an issue that they cannot seem to resolve for almost two years. With the exception of a gentleman named, Nick from accounting, I am completely flabbergasted with this dealership. I would not recommend my enemy to deal with this dealership because of the amount of energy I've had to exude with the service department. It honestly, feels like they don't care. I wish I could go back for both Roberto and Nick's sake but I will never do business with them again unless I have absolutely no choice"

"Incredibly disappointing experience with Mary. She recommended repairs which I paid for but didn’t fix the problem. A week later same light but she says it’s a different problem. Ran me around for months, not returning phone calls after leaving detailed messages. They will take your money and leave you in worse disrepair than when you came in, and broke on top of that. I’m buying a new jeep from a different dealer and will travel further for my repairs. Stay away! Worst experience ever."
