"Without a doubt I would rate this company with zero stars if I had the option to. Despite being a long-time customer, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and total disregard to my concerns. During my recent interaction, I encountered unhelpful and rude staff who refused to even acknowledge my presence. It was evident that they lacked proper training in handling customer inquiries and resolving problems efficiently as I observed them with other customers as well. In an attempt to escalate my situation I asked to speak with a manager who claimed to be too busy to speak to me. With further frustration, this “manager” dismissed me as if I was a worthless piece of trash. I have never been delinquent, I have even referred others here and they have made a pretty penny off of me! They apparently don’t have the mental capacity to think about the fact that because of the renters they ALL have jobs! The behavior displayed was quite belittling and insulting to my intelligence by changing policies on the spot to favor themselves. Meanwhile they NEVER informed anyone via email, text, mail or phone call of any changes to the contract. Let me remind you American Lease….you are not above the law! In case you all forgot, this is AMERICA where laws are applied and what’s written and signed for is what is valid! I will make certain that I deter anyone who intends to do business here! DO NOT RENT A DAMN THING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!"

"Filing a complaint in small business bureau. I worked for a company that had me sign up with this company for insurance coverage since I was working for them at the time. When I resigned from working with the company I went to terminate my name from the insurance and they stated the company I worked with had to do it. I am suing both and making a complaint against both since they both don’t want to terminate this alliance. This is a very shady company. Buyer be aware!!"

"I was apprehensive about coming here after reading all the bad reviews. I had a very different experience. Carlos was extremely helpful, told me a promotion and I got out there driving a car. Not exactly the best car compared to what I usually drive but beggars can’t be choosers . I came back after an accident and the process was smooth and they were helpful. Give them a try I recommend them"
