"To start off, the service rep absolutely denied my rental reservation because I am under the age of 21 even though State Farm has a policy with them that permits it under certain circumstances. All that information was apparently on the reservation but the service rep didn’t want to go out of his way to look into it. He turned me away and told me I could go ahead and cancel the reservation with State Farm. Have your employees look into the policies and help people even if it takes longer. I went again the next day after making phone calls between this enterprise location and State Farm to confirm I could pick up a car at this location and when I arrived they only had a pickup truck. Would absolutely not recommend this location, go to Hackensack or West New York!"
