"Rarely do they have a car and when they do they don’t send you conformation of cancellation which leaves you stuck on plans you made a week ahead. I understand things happen I am a reasonable person but when it happens more then 3 times shame on me!!! Zip car service was created to make things easier and instead there not reliable at all.
